Grinding lines
Control of the machinery and the volume-reduction line, from loading through to the treated material.

As time moves on, our planet needs room to breathe and to stay healthy. Through our projects for grinding lines, scrubbers and biofilters, we put automation at the service of the materials cycle.
In a treatment plant, everything conspires against the machinery: dust, humidity, corrosion, variable loads. We design the electrical and mechanical systems starting from exactly that, build the panels in our own workshops and write the control software in-house — so downtime is rare and, when it does happen, short and easy to diagnose.

Management of abatement systems: process logic, operating parameters and alarms.
Control and supervision of the filter bed's operating parameters.
Circuits for panels and on-board machine systems; structures and components developed with 3D design software.
A single point from which to view plant status, alarms and parameter history.
Assembly at the client's site, start-up through to final testing, and remote support.
Every item starts with in-house engineering, is built in our workshops and commissioned by the same team.
Industrial automation and roboticsA treatment plant pays off when it runs steadily. Our part is making it predictable: parameters under control, readable data, maintenance you can plan.
