Dust extraction — FG Automazioni industrial automation

More performance, less consumption.

We develop control systems for extraction plants, focused on improving operating performance and cutting energy consumption across a wide range of production environments. The same logic, from a single department to the central extraction plant.

SCOPE
MULTI-SECTOR

A plant that extracts where needed, when needed.

Extraction is the energy cost nobody looks at: it often runs at full capacity even when half the machines are idle. We design the control system to follow the actual operation of each extraction point — operating performance goes up, and energy stops disappearing into thin air.

01

Control systems

Plant logic built on how the connected machines actually run, not on a fixed setpoint.

02

Operating performance

Regulation of fans and extraction branches to maintain the negative pressure the process requires.

03

Lower consumption

Measuring power draw and optimizing it, making savings visible rather than assumed.

04

Panels and on-board systems

Design, construction and wiring of the central plant panels in our own workshops.

05

Supervision

The status of every branch, alarms and operating parameters gathered in a single point.

06

Multiple production environments

The same approach applied across different sectors, from wood to materials processing.

Systems, not supplies.

Every item starts with in-house engineering, is built in our workshops and commissioned by the same team.

Savings are engineered, not hoped for.

Control that follows production, and measured consumption: two engineering choices you can see on the energy bill and in the air quality on the shop floor.

Six phases, managed in-house.

  1. 01

    Analysis

Understanding the client's needs and objectives.

  2. 02

    Design

    Defining the tailor-made technology solution.

  3. 03

    Development

    Building and implementing the project.

  4. 04

    Integration

    Connecting technologies and processes.

  5. 05

    Commissioning

    Testing and verifying performance.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

Continuous assistance and evolution over time.
